Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging to ensure your handmade beaded pen arrives in excellent condition.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If we experience an unusually high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
